This time at the introduction day, we gave a presentation about the summary phase in action research. We listed the key points identified in the action research during the project, in chronological order. We have named every key point as a milestone, as these were the key points of inspiration. These are briefly:

1.) The end of creative chaos: when we stepped from the ascertaining stage to formulate the first common goal

2.) Involvement: this is where the proactive involvement of the participants started, so it was the shift between the receiving and the shaping attitude

3.) Quantitative research: this was our first “product”. During this creation, we learned a lot of lessons and we started knew each other.

4.) The methodology: The point where we first felt that we were creating something new together

5.) Testing: The point from which the methodological test was started and unforeseen obstacles were experienced

6.) Refinement: We recognize that we are overcoming the first obstacles and this has given a new impetus to cooperation

7.) The Future: The point where practical thinking about a common future has started

8.) The Look: Where we are now, that is, the time of summing up and sharing.

What was also important this time: to herald our conference on July 20th, where we present the results of the project in detail and in interactive form.

In the spirit of interactivity, we requested feedback from visitors on what development goals the team should have set based on what they heard.
