On the first day, we welcomed two new experts in our circles:
Ágnes Juhász is an economist who has recognized the need for a holistic approach in her work and therefore thinks of her own service as a human service. She’s dealing with the client as a whole. As She said, it often turns out that it is not economic, but human and relationship knowledge that needs to be developed.
János Sulyok gained experience in the field of IT services, developing systems for evaluating. His passion is to measure and evaluate human performance in the field of human services.
After getting to know the workshop of the first day, it was again recalling the previous ones. Since the experts who regularly attend the meetings are far ahead of the subject, it is important to start with a common foundation. Repetition is good for everyone, it helps to integrate knowledge and start the creative phase.
