Participating experts have summarized the results of the full action research so far on the professional introductory occasion. Everyone could freely raise their own aspects. There were unique items in each summary and those that were common – that is, everyone mentioned. The level of detail and professionalism of subjective summaries was very mixed, as did the participants heterogeneous in their personality, profession, and time spent in the project.
