During the workshops, this time we spent a lot of time evaluating each other on a scale of one to hundred on the basis of the common work we have done so far. The lessons learned in this way have resulted in many important discussions about the effectiveness of the group. Since we have created group functions based on evaluations, we have begun the process of assuming tasks along their own strengths and setting their own development goals. Our focus is to get an increasingly clear feedback on the individual’s performance and position in the group by multi-point measuring. Accurate feedback is the only true guide to individual development.
The experience that such attentive feedback has given is extremely deep. We have often found that the result obtained by the superficial thinking and the evaluation of the factors does not coincide. Moreover, the latter results in a group consensus, which is a reassuring feeling.
It was interesting to see that we have to learn the evaluation itself. Often, intuitive quantification cannot be rationally explained – true, that it was not the goal also. Rather, it gives feedback on the courage of self-expression, from which each individual has drawn his own lessons.
All in all, we had our most powerful method development and testing workshop so far in these two days.
