We visited the Humanistic Period Foundation in Budapest. Its leader is László Honti. During the exchange of experience, he said that he and his colleagues are currently focusing on mentoring and  networking. According to him, this is mainly due to the fact that human relationships have been drifting towards isolation in the past decades and the there is a need for care and attention. Many people cannot experience this security within the family. Nowadays, we do not automatically receive our retaining community through tradition and engraving. As he said, finding your own reference group today requires an active search. This requires self-knowledge and human knowledge.

This is consistent with what we have experienced in our joint work: trust is the basis for achieving common goals. People are looking for stable attitudes within and around them. That’s what they miss the most in today’s busy and ever-changing world. However this is the basis for the creative work. Creativity is the foundation of social value creation. And the man who is useful to society and enjoys his work, lives a happy, easy life. The latter is not directly targeted, but it is the natural benefit of intelligent life.
