The training was again a fantastic team building effect. The new participants also easily took the advanced exercises. On the first day, we learned tol isten to each other, practicing in alternating pairs. It turned out that we can make up to five different messages from a single sentence. There was a sentence we analyzed for more than an hour. We learned that when we respond to a dialogue within a hundred seconds, we decide on a number of message layers to which answer we are giving. In the training situation, we slow down and raise awareness of our internal events.
We also carried out the same slow motion analysis with our own communications. We took a letter describing the story of an offense and transformed it into a “clean language” We replaced the judgments with questions, formulated generalization into I statements, and wrote orders to the place of the hidden motions. It maked a large difference! On the second day, we focused on how much of a dominant role was played in the work of the previous day, who pulled back. We talked about how your communication indicated your mood. We have seen an example of how they can communicate clearly. We are tired. It was a nice job!
