In our workshop, we would like to introduce to all participants the essence of value-based thinking. To do this, we suggest you read the following:
Value-based thinking technology can be deployed for all communities and organizations to support the development of a people-centered society. In such a society, individuals and communities have the opportunity to develop their personality, professional intelligence, knowledge, ethics, and human relationships.
The criterion for the establishment of such a community is that social value creation is at the top of the hierarchy of the value system, that is, the common good. In this case, the counter-interest ceases because people realize that their interests and goals are common. This allows all functions of the organization or community to be linked to a single collaborative system. And when everything is in place and valued in place, efficiency is multiplied, well-being is natural, people are happy, responsible, attentive, loving, genius, healthy.
As a human being, the community is seen as a living being, capable of self-regulation, self-sufficiency and self-care, if we create the conditions for it. One such condition is that members of the community help each other to become a true community of people who can see, feel and act globally. People thus become a real social being, one who understands the far-reaching social impact and consequences of all his actions, and vice versa, understands the social effects on him.
Value-based thinking technology is a tool that uses continuous learning, consensus-building and process optimization to embed in the life of the community (not as a separate process or external training).
