Perhaps my job was the most easy compared to other foreign partners, as I was able to personally experience all the pleasant effects of a guided conversation, in July.
True on the other side, it was not so easy to do it as an activator: First of all it was a great challenge to find the right time for a deep conversation, during the every-day life’s rush.
Creating an in-depth atmosphere at project meetings comes naturally, because we take the time to spend several days together and listen to each other, while focusing attention between two work meetings requires a lot of exercise to use the method properly. I decided to try out the method in a way just as we designed it – without any changes for the firs time.
I am satisfied with the result: I caused a surprised and pleasant feeling to my colleague by asking him what I could do to make him feel better in our joint work. And he also suprised me by his feedback, that I felt important, as an area that I don’t even develop so much, I just need to be aware of. At the moment, I finished only one conversation and I plan an another one until the next meeting. Since my partners are asking me to cover the specific content only in a closed group, I will give you a more detailed report ont he next meeting.
