On Friday we also worked in workshops. The participants agreed that a fundamental need and purpose is to make our services cost-effective, valuable, effective, focusing on the expected goals and outcomes; to provide users with a bigger role to decide how to improve their own life; to increase their lobbying chances in the problem solving process; to have transparent social interventions which can be measured too.
The international team agreed in the importance of the following characteristics and the values of the collaboration methodology and our IP activity modelled during the Conference.
