On Friday we also worked in workshops. The participants agreed that a fundamental need and purpose is to make our services cost-effective, valuable, effective, focusing on the expected goals and outcomes; to provide users with a bigger role to decide how to improve their own life; to increase their lobbying chances in the problem solving process; to have transparent social interventions which can be measured too.

The international team agreed in the importance of the following characteristics and the values ​​of the collaboration methodology and our IP activity modelled during the Conference.
