We present excerpts from the final report that are important for further work and are therefore worth highlighting.
Everything is based on the scopes of attention, so it is important to understand.
The primary reaction of the Self to his environment is to observe and learn the influences he/she has experienced. These are called scopes of attention. As we get to know ourselves and our peers, we observe things that reflect information about the Values that matter to us. These include, for example, sympathy, behavior, dressing, facial arrangement, gesture, but also metacommunication or thoughtfulness and ideas.
As a basis for our human technology, in the so-called ’I-circle’ we define and make characteristic the following areas of focus:
• The Lead Link – that is, the focus of initiator quality, human aptitude, skills and methodological background.
• The Representative – that is, the focus of staying healthy and distinct, keep the „direction”
• The Secretary – that is, the focus of transparency, the organizational agreement (law).
• The Host – that is, the focus of meeting needs and turning „resources” into „products”.
• The Organizer – that is, the focus of causal effects and connections.
The sum of all scopes of attention is the true Leadership Quality, that is, nobody owns it, but everyone carries it at the same time. It is important to understand and take responsibility for this.
