Dear Partners, Please welcome this short review from our study made of our thoughts during the summary work.
If a group chooses to form a community, it has the following concerted knowledge:
- The group has a purpose. According to its purpose in today’s world we can call them a team, a workshop, an organization, an association, a club, a lab, a choir, an orchestra, and many more. In any case their essence is the common goal and the basis is the joy they feel in each-other’s company. A Community is always mindful of its purpose as the highest quality of value, for it is the source of our shared joy and the love and appreciation of its members. The members identify their individual goals and fit them into the community system, which will provide a solid basis for their trust and cooperation. Our organization aims to harmonize human collaboration systems in the medium term and, in the short term, to develop a common language approach for all collaborative groups.
- Groups form a “case” out of their noblest goals. It strengthens the community and the experience of belonging. The case is generally “superior”, “lofty” in purpose, often due to its subjectivity, but elusive to all members of the community. The cause of our organization is a well being of life. Thank to our human-technological systems, not only man, but the Earth and everything that lives on it forms the harmony and balance we care for, what we build on, and what we strive to create.
- The communities form principles from their most important, consensual, consistent agreements. The principles are the pure accompaniment of process awareness, highlighting commonly agreed long-term arrangements. Every social phenomenon in your life is based on agreements, and your tensions stem from a lack of knowledge of agreements and from the “obsolescence” of agreements. For these tensions, two newer principles immediately appear as suggestions for resolving them: the principle of Transparency, or the principle of Life-long learning, which is responsible for accompanying the process of development.
At the final project meeting, we will review and systematize the results of our joint work along these lines above.
