Towards the end of the action research phase, with the help of participants and our partners, we have summarized our basic principles for developing a work plan for the next period. The compilation was done in the framework of the final project meeting. In essence, we will begin the next phase with those who now accept these principles. As the methodology continues to build and evolve, future joining processes will now be determined jointly by the team that is starting out together.
The purpose of the cooperation that is now taking shape is to establish a joint organization for the post-project activities, where the results of the project will be utilized and taken forward.
Our guiding principles for moving forward are:
With the two-year period of the project and the completion of the action research, we were going through the familiarization phase and accepting that we are entering a period of community self-organization to become a pure, collaborative Organization.
With the evaluation developed in our organizational model, we launch a Trainer Staff (Workroom) whose function is to lead the process of becoming an Organization.
We are the first year of our Organization, so we treat our mistakes with love. We build and assist the Trainer Staff through continuous evaluation.
Members of the Trainer Staff are equally involved in the process they are developing, so they also apply the tasks and suggestions themselves.
The steps defined by the Trainer Staff are based on the best consensus knowledge at the time, so they serve all members and are therefore aware that we are not building a competitive relationship with them, but refining their value-based measurement.
All agreements, acts, workshops within the Organization are a public good for full membership. Everything transparent, trackable, continuous, buildable can be transformed by using the right processes.
We are committed to using the best processes at all times. The starting point is based on the results of the project. We will continue to develop it. The transparency of the work is currently provided by the Organization page created in Notion, a community project management application.
We will develop our own methodology for the agreements under the guidance of the Trainer Staff and thereafter the Organization will not be liable for any agreement between its members that is not recorded using the appropriate methodology.
In addition to the Trainer Staff, we will create additional topic-specific Worksrooms within the Organization. Any Workroom that conducts work within the Organization is open, meaning that all our members may participate in it as intended. The workrooms develop their own operation.
Social tensions, blaming and generalization are in no way burdened with each other because of our own system of collaboration. The tensions and conclusions we have with our peers are recorded by the parties and communicated to the community in a constructive spirit, based on the principle of transparency.
Every experience, tension, condition, state of mind brought in builds and develops the Organization. Therefore to the best of our knowledge, we have a loving, developing intention for ourselves and our companions.
We use our feedback, valuable comments, and valid tensions we communicate to developement purposes and that is why we measure the rate, ammount and quality of sharing these concerns.
We treat these principles as our first agreement, and after the formation of the Trainer Staff, we “sign” them at Notion, meaning that they are seen by everyone as a commitment.
