The Ladies Circle Association will make suggestions on the technique of questioning. Our association deals with a needy and disadvantaged target group who require almost continuous assistance. Their needs are essential, and the most important of these is spiritual belonging to the community. That is why they need to make the feedback technique very simple and concrete, which can be tangible for everyday use. It is important to build the community and not to “test” it. With our development suggestions, we also want to move the processes in order to provide effective help in preparing for self-care, and the development results achieved by individual people can be used in a possible job-seeking or career choice situation, providing guidance on a person’s strengths and learning opportunities.
