The home team is working on developing measurement and measurability. We will propose a parallel start-up of domestic development to integrate value-based thinking technology with a common system. Because individual development goals are related to individual value systems and goals, by integrating the two systems later in a community, the ideal function and role for the members can be followed simultaneously. It is true that the necessary technological development investment is demanding, therefore it is not feasible within the framework of the current project, however, the toolkit and methodology of the development goals and the database structure can be further developed in the direction of unification. To this end, we think about how all the goals of the development undertaken by the actors and the relationship between these goals and the commitments of the other team members are actually measurable and traceable. We also suggest that as a project team, we begin to make our own commitments – so use our own tool in our own work.
