In the last part of the training we focused on the IP (Interprofessional) collaboration model. Thevalues of IP activity include are: more efficient staff team work, constructive co-operation,consensual action, achieving long-lasting results, equal access to different services, making servicesmore transparent, establishing local co-operation taking a shared responsibility, more transparent sevices and broader social impacts.
We agreed that the further benefit of the use of the IP collaboration model for us is that we are faced with a permanent self-examination, professionalism and identity (why are we doing family help work?). Furthermore, to keep a mirror of the profession as a whole; how it has developed, what it has achieved, what are their values, dysfunctions and dilemmas, etc.
Our cooperation have a beneficial effect on the development of social work focusing on community social work especially on families, supporting their faster spreading and strengthening. Additionally it has a positive impact for the case management, for example, linking users to services. It can be more effective with IP spirit and collaboration.
