Introducing the Holdam Association
The Miskolc-based Holdam Association, founded in 2007, is a community of women and mothers. It is actively involved in awareness-raising activities affecting families and promoting the foundation of supportive communities; it helps in the challenges of different stages of women’s life. They consider it essential to contribute to a fully lived woman life, therefore they work for a fully-lived, conscious life of femininity, maternity, childbirth and birth.
The got involved in our project because they have relevant experience and knowledge on family issues and the relationship between families at grassroots level. In addition, they organize a variety of programs and discussions, focusing on co-ordination between work and vocation, professional life and personal relationships, female-male relationships, partnerships, and family co-operation.
