“The membership of the Anima Association is made up of professionals working in the field of social innovation who consider themselves to be animators. As an animator, the concrete, transparent community is activated from the inside, identified with the community. They are team leaders and community developers who bring to life, move and activate retail groups, NGOs… ”- written on the Anima Association’s website (www.nagymadar.hu). Although the association has 20 years of experience in the non-profit sphere, their expert who joined us, Ferenc Szeleczki, is a young, energetic, dynamic community developer; who believes in equal opportunities and with his own methodologies can easily find a language with a disadvantaged person or with those who beleive themselves disadvantaged in any social class. As a member of our research team, we expect him to be proficient in methodological development.
