Living Systems have three qualities: 1.) spiritual community (sharing intimate thoughts and feelings) 2.) differences and 3.) self-creation.
We can understand the essence of the living system when we use our body consciousness. Our body is the most direct and intimate living system we are in contact with. There are parts within our bodies that form a larger whole. We consider the group as a body that is a living system.
Each living system consists of different parts, in which the parts are connected to form a convergent whole. These parts are in a dynamic relationship and form a basic pattern in which they constantly create, change and expand each other to serve life.
We teach groups to grow as a living system. All this is possible with heartfelt goodwill and professional intervention. We believe that human beings are fundamentally good, so structures and organizational processes are needed to reflect on it, attach to it and therefore ultimately create it.
There is no choice in the present situation of terrestrial civilization. Rather than ever, the quality of our lives depends on how we are able to work together and take care of the Earth. The most basic need for every living being – that is our most important task when we bring together such groups – are: health and growth.
