After the training, we started the second day with a professional introductory presentation, where we presented the theoretical foundations and experiences of the so-called May Bad Badges methodology. In the second half of the day, the workshop was waiting for us. We have evaluated the results of our second action, we have enriched with abundant experience. We used an artistic activity of preparing montage, to enhance all information. We also expressed our experiences with pictures and we talked about it further. Each participant confirmed that there are a number of ideas for further development of the methodology, so the setting of the third action was accomplished with full consensus, almost certainly following the needs of the participants. We have experienced the self-organization of an internally motivated group, when a decision is made by itself, which we only need to turn into actions. The key to our next step is, therefore, to systematize the development proposals, which must first be prepared by the participants in their own work until the next meeting.
