On the first day, after the conversations on arrival and gathering, a training took place. We got to know some new concepts, such as the phenomenon of attribution, by which we affix labels in our minds, that is, we create qualities to everyday events, thus making the diverse world manageable. As it turned out, this simple, all-human automation has many consequences: it is enough to use a manageable set of attitudes, manage it, and in this way – with more or less success – we can manage ourselves in the world. We learn both the individual attribution and the necessary comparison, group creation, and the way to connect to the group in a social environment, that is built on culturally inherited patterns. The positive effect of all this is that I simplify my life and increase my sense of security and competence, and the negative effect is the phenomenon of pigeon-holeing and the slowdown in learning. So we set the goal: the best solution for all of us to leave our mind open to sense the other, and always respond to what we see, experience at the moment. That makes us able to change our own images and behavior flexibly. After such a foundation, in all kinds of situations, we practiced how to interpret the message of the other person. First reflexively, then making it aware. We compered how much it changes and in what direction, after detailed analysis. We have experienced that it is a very good feeling, if someone understands your message exactly as you wanted to share.
