I could formulate this monthly training by practicing constructivity primarily. Each participant has reported that they felt the difference between perceiving an internal dissatisfaction and how it was communicated to those affected. The training between us has taught us serious internal work. First of all, we felt that the internal dissatisfaction has a different body sense for everyone, and we observed the triple connection of body sense, thoughts and the images in our head. After that, we practiced the internal formulation of “what”, that is, the consciousness of the desired target state, in comparison with which we are dissatisfied. And finally, we went one step further: our task was to link the state of dissatisfaction and the target state within ourselves with “route plans”, that is, with suggestions.

In the second half of the day, we then divided and processed our previously thoughtful suggestions on “valid tension”: some of them was simple, because there was an acceptable proposal for everyone that had to be done only and some of them we had to discuss and interpret to create a common image.
