On Saturday, July 20, 2019, we will hold our international conference “The Roads Meet”. The venue is the Vörösmarty Community Center in Miskolc. The event will give you an insight into the results achieved during the project period. The framework of the project was the changing, open, cooperative action research on the development, testing and dissemination of a complex social inclusion model.
The purpose of the action research within the project was not to stop at the level of exploration and understanding, but directly to change. We wanted to create a practical product in the form of a methodology that would be useful in the short term and could have a significant social impact in the long term, in the after-life of the project.
In the course of our work, we have worked with participants and partners to create a methodological foundation that is capable of supporting people and groups in a quality way. Throughout the creation, we have kept to the fact that everyone is simultaneously researching and researching, shaping and shaping, observing and self-exploring, the participants interact and their interpretations shape the process and share the knowledge that is created.
It is a peculiarity of our action research and the methodology developed that the group’s internal dynamics provide the primary experience and learning opportunity, and the results produced are relevant to it, while accurately seeing and taking into account the effects of the members’ personal
During the conference we will give an enjoyable taste of the methodology in the framework of facilitated small group work. The invitees are primarily experts and their guests who have met us over the past two years and already have information about our work.
