On the fourth day of the meeting, we also held a Consensus Conference. In doing so, we introduced the methodological foundations, the three core technologies that provide the framework for our collaborative system. We also outlined a process to help newcomers. Here are the three basic steps that everyone will surely go through as they become familiar with our method. The first part is getting to know each other, where we have friendly conversations, where we get to know each-other’s goals, and where we organize trainings, lectures and programs to help us get to know each other. The second is the introductory phase, where there is already a transfer of knowledge on methodology and an introduction to existing projects. The third is only for those who want to become a part of our community based on the first two. This is where projects are started and managed.

We emphasized that, according to the methodology, all interested individuals receive individual attention and should use only those that are relevant to them from our currently available toolbar. At the same time, we are making certain steps mandatory – these are our stable milestones.
