The sunny excursion to Tündérvár Foundation has taught us this. In the discussion with family assistants and childminders, we have come to a common understanding that it is necessary to develop a common basic methodology that will ultimately be based on the real needs of the user, measure his or her condition and potential, and support the participant with the quality of a standard-caring-culture. Feedback received on the first day of the workshop also gave us a similar result.
Thus, in the afternoon’s family-friendly conversations, it was light, emotionally rich and inspiring, with the joy of creation. The methodological proposal of Dániel Sinkó’s expert is increasingly becoming our main focus and the fruit of our work. Everybody was able to playfully apply it to their own field of specialization, and develop the method’s culture of feedback. That’s why our team targeted the design and planning of the feedback technology program after the return.
